DQE工程师/主管（匈牙利）

岗位职责：

1.参与研发各阶段的评审，确保设计符合质量标准、客户需求、法规要求及可制造性原则；

2.负责产品设计阶段质量阀的评审。

3.把控项目研发过程中的质量风险，评估设计的潜在风险和改进空间；

4.根据行业标准、客户规范以及内部质量管理体系，参与制定或优化设计相关的质量标准和检验规范；

5.与研发等部门紧密合作，提供质量视角的输入，确保设计的可实施性和成本效益。协调解决设计与生产中的质量问题，促进设计优化；

6.通过数据分析、客户反馈和市场研究，识别设计上的不足，提出并跟踪实施改进措施，不断提高产品质量和客户满意度；

7.负责维护设计阶段的质量记录和报告；熟悉铝合金压铸、CNC数控精加工工艺。

8.为设计团队和相关职能人员提供质量意识、设计规范和质量管理工具的培训，增强团队的整体质量管理水平；

任职要求：

1.同岗位5年以上工作经验，3年以上新能源金属结构件行业同岗位工作经验；

2.深入了解电池包托盘、电池盒壳体的工作原理、制造工艺、材料特性以及铝合金性能测试标准；

3.熟悉ISO 9001、IATF16949等质量管理体系，以及铝合金相关的安全标准；

4.掌握五大核心工具和质量管理工具和方法等；对压铸工艺和焊接工艺熟悉，

5.具备良好的团队协作精神，能够与其他部门有效沟通，推动跨部门项目进展；

6.强大的问题解决能力，能够快速识别并解决产品设计和试生产过程中的质量问题；

7.有PMP、6sigma、体系内审员证等加分。

DQE Engineer / Supervisor (Hungary)

Salary :RMB 20,000 - 30,000 per month

Responsibilities:

1.Participate in reviews at various stages of R&D to ensure that designs meet quality standards, customer requirements, regulatory requirements, and manufacturability principles.

2.Conduct quality gate reviews during the product design phase.

3.Manage quality risks throughout the R&D process, assess potential risks and improvement areas in design.

4.Participate in the formulation or optimization of quality standards and inspection specifications related to design, based on industry standards, customer specifications, and internal quality management systems.

5.Collaborate closely with R&D and other departments to provide quality perspective inputs, ensuring the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of designs. Coordinate the resolution of quality issues in design and production, promoting design optimization.

6.Identify design deficiencies through data analysis, customer feedback, and market research, propose and track the implementation of improvement measures to continuously enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

7.Maintain quality records and reports during the design phase; familiar with aluminum alloy die-casting and CNC precision machining processes.

8.Provide training on quality awareness, design standards, and quality management tools to the design team and relevant functional personnel, enhancing the overall quality management level of the team.

Requirements:

1.At least 5 years of experience in the same position, with 3 years or more in the new energy metal structural components industry.

2.In-depth understanding of the working principles, manufacturing processes, material properties, and aluminum alloy performance testing standards of battery pack trays and battery box shells.

3.Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF16949, as well as safety standards related to aluminum alloys.

4.Proficiency in the five core tools and quality management tools and methods; knowledge of die-casting and welding processes.

5.Strong team collaboration spirit, able to communicate effectively with other   departments and drive cross-departmental project progress.

6.Strong problem-solving skills, able to quickly identify and resolve quality issues in product design and pilot production.

7.Certifications such as PMP, 6 Sigma, and internal auditor qualifications are a plus.
