Responsibilities
1. Technical ability and operating skills: rig shift supervisor needs to have skilled rig operation technology, according to the work required to accurately control the rig start, stop, steering, speed change and other operations. In addition, they need to be familiar with the structure, working principle, technical performance and operation skills of various types of drilling rigs, as well as the general knowledge of drilling rig repair and maintenance.
2. Production safety management: The drilling rig team leader is the first person responsible for the production safety of the team, and is responsible for assisting the team leader to do a good job in the daily production safety management of the team. They need to participate in the development and implementation of the production safety responsibility system of the team, receive production safety education and training, improve production safety skills, and enhance the ability to prevent accidents and emergency response.
3. Construction quality and safety management: Drill rig team leaders need to strictly follow the drilling design and technical measures to ensure the quality of drilling, and carefully fill in the drilling construction records and accounts. He also needs to execute the shift handover system and complete the tasks of the team on time. At the construction site, the driller should check the safety facilities, ventilation and other conditions, and report any problems in time.
4. On-site operation management and supervision: Strengthen the inspection of on-site operation environment and operation situation of the team, and eliminate the accidental safety hazards on the operation site in time. Control the safety and quality of construction drilling, and keep a good safety production. Before the start of each project, the driller needs to confirm the safety against the “finger dictation” operation standard of the driller, and then carry out the drilling construction to ensure the construction safety.
5. Equipment maintenance and management: Responsible for the project management of this class, catching the progress of the project, ensuring the quality and safety. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the drilling rig, and troubleshooting general problems. Skillfully master the use and maintenance of existing drilling equipment, learn new technology and techniques in drilling, and constantly reform and innovate.
6. Education, training and team building: Organize the class to participate in safety education and training and Monday's regular safety meeting, actively participate in various safety activities, and improve the safety technology level of the team. Supervise the workers to observe the safety rules and regulations and to use the safety facilities, protection devices and safety protection equipment correctly.
