- Coordinate and manage customer service work to ensure that customers are provided with a quality and efficient air transportation service experience.
Qualifications & Skills
[Position Requirements]:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in air transportation operation, familiar with air transportation business process and customer service points;
- Fluent in Vietnamese, English and Mandarin, able to communicate smoothly with customers in different regions. Hardworking, enthusiastic and responsible, able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure;
- Diligent and hardworking, full of enthusiasm and sense of responsibility, able to maintain a positive working attitude under pressure (Please note: Due to the time difference of some multinational customers, this position may occasionally require you to deal with relevant documents after work);
- Rigorous and meticulous work with attention to detail to ensure service quality and efficiency;
- Loyalty and responsibility, identify with the company's culture, safeguard the interests of the company, and develop with the company.

[Salary Package]:
- Probationary period of 3 months, monthly salary of 600 U.S. dollars;
- The monthly salary will be increased to 800 dollars after the regularization.
