Supply Chain Manager (Vietnam)
Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1, the organization to establish, implement and execute the company's production, procurement, suppliers, warehousing and logistics and other overall planning, continuous optimization of supply chain management processes, systems, management tools, and to ensure that it is standardized and efficient;
2、Responsible for supervising the preparation and implementation of the production plan, make full use of production capacity, to ensure that the inventory is reasonable, and complete the delivery of customer orders on time;
3、Approve the material purchase order, follow up the supplier material delivery, incoming material quality control management;
4、Responsible for supervising the warehouse receiving, sending, storage process improvement and strict implementation, continue to improve the supply chain operation efficiency and safety operation standard management;
5、Responsible for supply chain personnel training and training management, team motivation, internal team goal setting and implementation, to create a highly efficient supply chain management team;
6、Ensure that the supply chain complies with relevant local regulations and standards, manage risks and develop countermeasures;
7、Strengthen cross-departmental communication and upward communication with various business segments and functional centers;
8、Complete other work tasks explained by the deputy general manager.
Qualifications & Skills
Job qualifications:
1、Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years supply chain experience, Vietnamese English is preferred;
2, engaged in warehouse, planning, procurement-related work, familiar with die-casting, hardware, CNC processing industry, multinational companies or large enterprises experience is preferred;
3、Familiar with supply chain management, with rich experience in planning, warehouse management, procurement management, cost control, logistics management;
4、Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to motivate the team to achieve goals;
5, strong communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders;
6、Familiar with supply chain management software and tools, with the ability to analyze data.
