Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1, develop and implement sales plan, manage sales activities in the assigned country area, timely feedback market information as well as management assistance to dealers;
2、Coordinate and integrate resources, independently or lead the team to complete the sales target;
3、Establish and maintain channels and partners, solid business relationships and constantly expand new channels;
4, design and build targeted training and strategic guidance for sales staff to empower and enhance competitiveness
5, properly handle customer issues and timely feedback
Qualifications & Skills
Posting requirements:
1, university degree or above, food science majors preferred unlimited;
2, with food or spices R & D or sales experience, at least 2 years of work experience is preferred;
3、Knowledge of English and local languages, good communication and writing skills;
4, excellent problem solving skills and ability to adapt to different business environments, accurate grasp of market trends.
