Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1, according to the company's human resources strategy, the establishment and implementation of human resources actions and plans, the development of the company's personnel and administration department of annual, monthly, weekly work objectives and work plan preparation and implementation of the summary;
2, responsible for organizing, drafting, improving and supervising the implementation of the company's human resources management system, establish, improve and optimize the workflow;
3、Responsible for the company's recruitment, hiring, training and other work for the development of the company to establish a talent ladder;
4、Responsible for the implementation, landing, supervision of the company's salary, performance, training and other systems;
5、Responsible for the organization of the company's corporate culture construction work, to promote the formation of the company's corporate culture;
6、Responsible for the day-to-day management of the department and the coordination of the company's administrative daily affairs.
Qualifications & Skills
Post qualifications:
1, human resources, management or related majors, bachelor degree or above, Chinese language is preferred;
2, more than 3 years of work experience in the same position, experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred;
3, all functional modules of human resources management have in-depth knowledge, able to guide the work of each functional module;
4、Strong execution, communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, strong stress resistance, and able to quickly deal with all the tricky matters.
