Responsible for the overall operation of the company's e-commerce platform, including product shelving, promotion, sales and customer service.
Develop and implement e-commerce operation strategies to improve store traffic, conversion rate and sales.
Analyze market data and competitors' situation to optimize the operation plan.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of e-commerce business.
Handle customer complaints and after-sales issues to maintain a good brand image.
职位描述：
负责公司电商平台的整体运营，包括产品上架、推广、销售及客户服务等工作。
制定并执行电商运营策略，提升店铺流量、转化率和销售额。
分析市场数据和竞争对手情况，优化运营方案。
协调与其他部门的合作，确保电商业务的顺利开展。
处理客户投诉和售后问题，维护良好的品牌形象。
Qualifications & Skills
Position Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, e-commerce, marketing and other related majors are preferred.
At least 1 year e-commerce operation experience, familiar with Vietnam e-commerce market.
Good data analysis ability and marketing planning ability.
Strong communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
Proficient in Vietnamese and Chinese, able to read, write and communicate fluently. (In addition to the above two language skills, English skills are preferred).
