Job Description
Position JD:
1. Air transportation customer service supervisor:
- Responsible for handling customers' inquiries, quotations, bookings and after-sales services regarding air transportation services;
- Assisting routes to booking with shipping companies and scheduling according to the order cargo type;
- Handle customers' after-sales service, including complaints, compensation and other services;
- Follow up the progress of cargo transportation to ensure that the cargo arrives on time;
- Handle all kinds of emergencies and report them to the superior in time, complete other tasks assigned by the superior, and cooperate with the work of other departments.
Qualifications & Skills
Requirements:
1. fluent in Chinese and Vietnamese (Vietnam);
2. experience in air freight forwarding operation;
3. Proficient in using office software;
4. Careful, stable and responsible personality.
