Job Description
- 负责海外业务的开拓、管理及业务落地工作，确保海外市场的业务顺利开展和执行，包括但不限于团队建设、业务拓展、市场调研、产品推广等；
- 熟悉海外市场环境，能够准确把握市场趋势，制定有效的市场策略；并积极开发公司主营产品在当地的各类客户，包括进口商、分销商、生产工厂等；
- 负责与海外客户建立良好的合作关系，提升公司品牌形象及市场影响力；积极拓展公司主营产品在当地市场的销售渠道，建设当地市场的销售网络，建立公司在当地的品牌，实现公司本土化运营；
- 与当地客户保持积极顺畅的沟通，保持客户粘性，高频率互动和建立良好的信任，积极跟进客户的需求，负责客户需求产品的报价、合同谈判、订单跟进等；
- 积极搜集整理海外市场信息，认真研究海外市场报告，对市场进行分析、预判，为公司业务开展提供有价值的判断和建议；
- 领导并指导团队成员完成各项工作任务，提高团队整体工作效率和质量。
- 可接受长期驻外，每年6-9个月。
- Responsible for overseas business development, management and business landing work, to ensure the smooth development and execution of business in overseas markets, including but not limited to team building, business development, market research, product promotion;
- Familiar with the overseas market environment, able to accurately grasp the market trends and formulate effective market strategies; and actively develop all kinds of local customers of the company's main products, including importers, distributors, production factories, etc.;
- Responsible for establishing good cooperative relationship with overseas customers to enhance the company's brand image and market influence; actively expanding the sales channels of the company's main products in the local market, building the sales network in the local market, establishing the company's brand in the local market and realizing the company's localized operation;
- Maintain positive and smooth communication with local customers, maintain customer stickiness, high frequency interaction and establish good trust, actively follow up customer needs, responsible for customer demand for product quotation, contract negotiation, order follow-up, etc.;
- Actively collect and organize overseas market information, carefully study overseas market reports, analyze and prejudge the market, and provide valuable judgments and suggestions for the company's business development;
- Lead and guide team members to complete various work tasks and improve the overall efficiency and quality of team work.
- Acceptable to be stationed abroad for a long period of time, 6-9 months per year.
Qualifications & Skills
- 本科及以上学历，国际商务、国际经济与贸易专业优先，具备优秀的当地语言听说读写能力，能够无障碍进行日常和商务沟通；
- 具备5年以上相关行业工作经验，其中至少有3年以上的海外分公司或大型项目管理经验；
- 对海外市场环境有深入了解，熟悉当地法律法规及市场运作模式；
- 具有良好的团队领导力和协调能力，能够有效激发团队潜能，带领团队实现目标；
- 具备较强的数据分析能力和市场洞察力，能够根据市场变化灵活调整战略规划；
- 具有高度的责任心和职业操守，具备良好的职业道德和商业道德。
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in International Business, International Economics and Trade, with excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in local language, and able to communicate daily and business without obstacles;
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years of overseas branch or large-scale project management experience;
- In-depth understanding of overseas market environment, familiar with local laws and regulations and market operation mode;
- Good team leadership and coordination skills, able to effectively stimulate team potential and lead the team to achieve goals;
- Strong data analysis ability and market insight, able to flexibly adjust strategic planning according to market changes;
- High sense of responsibility and professional ethics, with good professional ethics and business ethics.
