Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Media/Influencer Buying
Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing
and executing media buying strategies, managing influencer partnerships, and ensuring
successful campaign outcomes for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with
strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, and excellent
negotiation abilities.
Job Description
1. Media Networks Developing and Management:
o Managing effective list of publisher and influencer for marketing campaign
Developing initial topic content to amplify campaign messages.
o Negotiating time slots and scope of work with various influencers.
o Participating in media planning to identify media channels and influencers.
2. Media Buying and Planning:
o Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies to meet
clients' marketing objectives.
o Plan, negotiate, and purchase media space across various digital platforms
(social media, search engines, display networks, etc.).
o Participate in media planning to identify the most effective media channels
and influencers for campaigns.
o Monitor costs and return on investment to optimize media buys and achieve
campaign goals.
3. Influencer Management:
o Develop and manage an effective list of publishers and influencers for
marketing campaigns.
o Identify and engage with relevant influencers to build partnerships that align
with clients' brand and campaign objectives.
o Negotiate time slots, deliverables, and scope of work with various influencers.
o Manage relationships with influencers to ensure ongoing collaboration and
successful campaign execution.
4. Content Development and Amplification:
o Develop initial topic content to amplify campaign messages across different
media and influencer channels.o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive campaign development and
execution.
5. Campaign Management and Reporting:
o Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to
clients and internal stakeholders.
o Report to the team and build relationships with stakeholders to ensure
alignment and transparency.
o Adjust strategies and tactics based on performance data to improve results.
6. Market Research and Trend Analysis:
o Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in media buying and
influencer marketing.
o Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for
improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in media buying, influencer marketing, or a related role within
a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of successful media buying and influencer campaign
management.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels, tools, and metrics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using media buying and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook
Ads Manager, etc.).
- Fluency in Thai and English is preferred.
