Job Responsibilities :
1.Holding weekly meetings with various business units.
2.Provide HR guidance where appropriate in consultation with line management.
3.Work with HR to analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, plans and policies.
4.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
5.Develops a thorough understanding of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management to minimize legal risk and ensure compliance. Work with the legal department as needed. 6. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
7. work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention rates
8. provide guidance and interpretation of human resources policies
9. develop contractual terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
10. provide guidance and input into business unit reorganization, workforce planning and succession planning.
11. identifies business unit training needs and individual executive coaching needs.
12. participates in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met
