Job Description
Job responsibilities :
1、Responsible for merchant customer negotiation work, guide customers to download the app, generate transactions.
2、Responsible for the expansion of new customers in the merchant area, the old customer visits and maintenance, the establishment of a stable cooperative relationship, to promote its long-term retake, and follow up on the progress of payback.
3、According to the current situation of the market site and customer response, timely feedback on the problems of the product, real-time adjustment of business strategy, improve service satisfaction.
4、Combined with the company's marketing activities, to complete the monthly work indicators issued by the company;
5、Cooperate effectively with various departments of the company to promote richer commodity resources and better customer service experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Post qualifications:
1、Specialized degree or above, major is not limited;
2, with catering takeaway, fresh food, O2O, supply chain, FMCG and other industry sales experience is preferred;
3, have strong interpersonal communication skills and logical thinking ability;.
4, honesty and integrity, love of sales, good at challenges, positive and optimistic, with a strong desire and intention to succeed;
5、Language requirements: fluent communication in Chinese.
