Job Description
Job responsibilities :
1, discovery, contact, marketing, maintenance of medium and large customers, and medium and large customers to establish a good relationship, as the project owner to complete the business opportunity to pay back the management of the entire sales process, to complete the corresponding customer years.
2、Familiar with the company's various product modules, combined with the cost of the company's products, according to the understanding of customer needs, the development of sales selling price, the development of integrated and output solutions;
3、Actively and effectively collect and feedback market information, assist the team to deepen the understanding of the market;
4, the development of individual and team sales plan, the industry head of customers to dig deep, to achieve business model innovation and set a benchmark, to establish the company's service reputation and brand;
5、Responsible for the development of cross-border business needs of customers in the Thai market, to complete the sales target, the general leader to complete the bidding work of large customers.
6、Responsible for the maintenance of customer relations in Thailand, regularly visit the company's important customers, monthly/quarterly KPI review, maintenance of customer relationships
7、Designate project manager for each project, review and optimize according to weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual dimensions.
8、Follow up the whole chain of indicators from leads to payment back for the responsible customers, including the number of customer reports, business opportunity conversion rate, customer closing rate, customer shipment rate, timely payment back rate and other indicators.
Qualifications & Skills
Posting requirements:
1, 1 year and above sales experience, familiar with export sea and air transportation, overseas warehousing and distribution, small parcel business, 2C cross-border e-commerce or large-scale A enterprise logistics experience is preferred;
2、Self-driven, able to withstand pressure and challenges, innovative spirit and intention;
3、Have good organization ability, expression ability, adaptability, business negotiation ability;
4, good customer service consciousness;
5, strong learning ability;
6、English or Thai any one of the languages (Thai is excellent preferred) can be used as a working language
7, skilled use of Microsoft Office, PPT, Excel and other office automation software.
