In-depth analysis of financial data of overseas business, including revenue, cost, profit and other key indicators.
Provide regular financial reports to accurately reflect business performance and financial status.
Conduct special analyses of abnormal financial data, and propose solutions and improvements.
3. Cost Management and Control:
Assist the overseas business team to optimise cost structure, reduce operating costs and financing.
Monitor cost expenditures and formulate cost control strategies and targets.
