Job Description
Pre-sales Assistance:
Collaborate with domestic sales and technical teams to conduct customer visits in Russia, responsible for communication and coordination to ensure smooth visits.
Communicate face-to-face with customers in the Russian power grid sector, accurately convey information about the company’s electrical products, answer customer queries, collect feedback and demands, and relay this information to the domestic team in a timely manner.
Handle various sales-related materials, including but not limited to translation, organizing, and archiving, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the documents, especially those related to product technical parameters and application cases.
Post-sales Business Development:
After gaining sufficient experience, independently develop sales operations, actively seek potential customers in the Russian power grid industry, expand the customer base, and build and maintain good customer relationships.
Manage project orders, track the execution process, ensure orders are delivered on time and meet quality standards, and resolve issues that arise during the order process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze the dynamics of the Russian power grid market and competitors, regularly report to the company, and provide data support and suggestions for formulating market strategies, contributing to the promotion and sales of the company’s products in the Russian market.
Qualifications & Skills
Job Requirements:
Language Skills:
- Proficient in Russian and Chinese, with fluent oral and written communication skills. Able to engage in seamless bilingual communication and handle documents, especially accurate translation of technical terms related to electrical power.
Communication Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients from different backgrounds in the Russian power industry. Skilled at listening to customer needs and providing professional product solutions.
Work Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, business assistance, or the power industry is preferred. Passionate about sales, with strong learning and adaptability skills, able to quickly master knowledge of the company’s electrical products and business processes.
Other Skills:
- Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong team player, able to closely collaborate with the domestic team. Responsible, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution.
