Job Description
Job responsibilities:
(I) Overseas communication strategy development and implementation:
1、Responsible for the development and implementation of the company's brand communication strategy in overseas markets, to enhance the company's brand awareness and reputation.
2、Planning and executing overseas media activities, press releases and public relations activities to ensure that the communication content is in line with the company's strategic objectives.
(II) Public opinion monitoring and management:
1、Real-time monitoring of public opinion dynamics in overseas markets, timely detection of potential risks and formulation of response programs.
2、Establish a public opinion early warning mechanism to ensure that the company can quickly respond to and handle negative public opinion.
(III) Corporate affairs crisis management:
1、Responsible for crisis management of corporate affairs in overseas markets, formulate crisis response plans and lead crisis handling.
2、Maintain effective communication with external stakeholders such as media, government and partners during crisis events to maintain the company's reputation.
(D) Media relations maintenance:
1、Establish and maintain relationships with overseas mainstream media to ensure that the company's voice is effectively disseminated.
2、Coordinate media interviews, reports and feature planning to enhance the company's exposure in overseas markets.
(E) Cross-departmental collaboration:
1、Cooperate closely with marketing, sales, legal and other departments to ensure consistency and compliance of communication content.
2、Support the overseas business team and provide communication strategy and content support.
Qualifications & Skills
Job Requirements:
1、Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, majoring in communication, journalism, marketing or related majors.
2、Language ability: fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to skillfully use English for business communication and copywriting.
3、Working experience: more than 5 years of overseas communication, PR or media related work experience, with experience in public opinion monitoring and crisis management. Experience in multinational or internationalized enterprises is preferred.
4、Core competencies: familiar with overseas media environment and communication rules, with strong media relationship management skills. Excellent crisis management skills, able to quickly respond to and handle emergencies. Excellent communication and coordination skills and cross-cultural adaptability.
5、Personal qualities: strong stress resistance and adaptability, able to work efficiently in a high-intensity environment. Teamwork spirit and leadership ability, able to promote cross-departmental collaboration.
