Key Responsibilities:
1、Process customer orders and invoices to ensure the accuracy and timely issuance of invoices.
2、Record and update accounts receivable details, and regularly reconcile with customers. Follow up and collect overdue accounts, and communicate with customers to resolve outstanding issues.
3、Analyze the aging of accounts receivable and provide relevant reports. Participate in the development of credit policy and assess customer credit risk.
4、Assist the finance department in monthly closing and financial reporting. Answer customers' questions and problems about accounts receivable.

4、 协助财务部门进行月度结账和财务报告。 解答客户关于应收账款的疑问和问题。
