Workshop Supervisor (Mexico)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for formulating and implementing the workshop production plan, reasonably arranging production tasks to ensure production goals are met.
2. Responsible for guiding and managing production operations in the workshop, including process management, equipment maintenance, and personnel allocation.
3. Responsible for coordinating various departments within the workshop to ensure the execution of production plans and achievement of production targets.
4. Responsible for formulating and implementing the workshop's safety, environmental protection, and quality policies to ensure the safety and environmental integrity of the production process.
5. Responsible for supervising and inspecting production operations in the workshop, promptly identifying and resolving issues to maintain normal equipment operation.
6. Responsible for formulating and implementing the workshop training plan to enhance employees' skills and knowledge levels to adapt to changes in production requirements.
