Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Manpower planning: assist the supported business team and HRD to formulate development strategies, conduct organizational diagnosis of the business, systematically identify business cardinal points and organizational pain points, and promote the landing of business strategies and organizational capacity building.
2. Recruitment Management: Responsible for in-depth understanding of the overseas team's operational objectives and team planning, formulating and efficiently completing the recruitment plan, and tapping and deploying suitable talents in line with business development needs.
3. business support: sound departmental system work, optimize salary structure, promote the performance system, team culture construction, talent development and other modules of the implementation of the landing.
4. Manage the company's personnel, payroll-related affairs; and related supplier screening and management.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Posting requirements:
1.Full-time unified undergraduate degree or above;
2.3-5 years and above relevant work experience, have their own ideas and insights on pay and performance system landing, recruitment, training, talent development and other aspects;
3.agile thinking, strong business thinking ability and industry knowledge reserve, good learning ability and communication ability, hr work experience in Latin America is preferred;
4.Spanish can be used as working language.
