Job Description
1, proficient in system architecture, participate in business-related technical challenges, reconstruct the system, to ensure high performance processing and system stability;
2, the business logic can be quickly and clearly sorted out, able to analyse customer demand, program design, determine the development specifications;
3, lead the developers to complete the development of the function at the same time, to enhance the skills of the developers
4, for the team to experience, technology sharing, and Lead the team to improve the overall technical level
5, be able to actively communicate with the front and back office team, to promote the relevant work
6, have the financial industry big data wind control project implementation experience is preferred
Qualifications & Skills
1, 3 years and above development and implementation experience, 1 year and above technical manager or architect experience is preferred;
2, proficient in JAVA-based object/service oriented programming methodology, proficient in the use of java reflection, multi-threading, NIO, JDBC and other technologies and principles; have a deep understanding of the design pattern; with the theory and practice of distributed architecture experience;
3, proficient in Spring/Springboot/Spring MVC development framework
4, involved in big data-related development, have a certain understanding of HBase, Hive and Spark;
5, familiar with Tomcat, Mysql, Oracle, cluster installation and configuration, tuning, failure analysis experience, familiar with in Unix / Linux operating system;
6, Familiar with commonly used middleware, such as Redis, ElasticSearch, Kafka, MQ, NoSQL database technology, understanding of distributed databases, full-text search technology;
7, familiar with the JVM, the JVM has actual problem troubleshooting or performance tuning experience;
8, adapt to travel / on-site.
