Job responsibilities
1) Performance target achievement
1. Participate in the development of the overall marketing strategy for Malaysia and Singapore, provide constructive advice, and develop marketing programs;
2.Develop business in Malaysia, guide and supervise the implementation progress of sales work in each market in the region;
2) Overall expense and profit management
1. Tracking and analyzing all expenses, protecting profits, and ensuring the rationality of expenses
3) Customer service and management
1. Planning the layout of customers in Malaysia and Singapore, and supervise the implementation of business implementation in the region;
2.Achieve customer market indicators, and market order management;
3.Handle feedback from channel customers in the region and establish communication mechanism for channel customer management;
4.Follow up on dealer payments to ensure timely and efficient resolution in accordance with the company's financial policies;
4) Market monitoring and analysis
1.Pay attention to the market development and changes in Malaysia and Singapore, the development of competing brands, consumer changes, collect relevant information and timely feedback to the senior leadership;
2. Maintain the stability of product market prices in Malaysia and Singapore, cooperate with the relevant departments of the company to educate, guide, penalize or replace non-compliant customers;
5) Safety operation and risk prevention and control
1. Coordinate the safety operation of marketing and export customs clearance in all segments;
2.Coordinate the handling of overseas front-line market complaints about product quality, customer service, price stability, personnel management, etc., to avoid and reduce all kinds of risks.
