Summary

Overseas Recruitment Consultant (Overseas Chinese Preferred)

Job Description

1.Understand client recruitment needs by analyzing job requirements, industry background, and candidate profiles.
2.Actively source, identify, and screen suitable candidates through LinkedIn and other industry channels.
3.Lead candidate communication: conduct interviews, assess fit, and prepare recommendation reports.
4.Support the project manager in coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and assisting in offer negotiations.
5.Manage recruitment data and candidate status to ensure smooth project progress and results.
6.High-performing consultants will gradually take on client communication and project ownership responsibilities, progressing toward a leadership role.

Qualifications & Skills

1.Proficiency in both English and Chinese (basic speaking, reading, and writing; independent candidate communication is a plus).
2.Bachelor’s degree or above, with strong communication, logical thinking, and learning ability.
3.Proactive and results-driven, willing to take on challenging targets in a fast-paced environment.
4.Responsible and execution-focused, with strong task management and self-discipline skills.
5.Prior experience in recruitment, sales, consulting, or human resources is preferred.
