1.Position Responsibilities
(1) Responsible for information technology, intelligent business market development, mainly software products, data center electromechanical integration construction (HVAC, power distribution, intelligence, etc.), arithmetic class (servers, storage, network, etc.) project business opportunities and signing work;
(2) Responsible for sales development of new and existing customers in the region, leading the completion of business negotiations, bidding and other related work to achieve the company's sales performance targets;
(3) Support Malaysia's marketing and public relations activities to maintain the company and product image.

1.岗位职责
(1)负责信息化、智能化业务的市场拓展,主要是软件产品、数据中心机电集成建设(暖通、配电、智能化等)、算力类(服务器、存储、网络等)项目的商机挖掘和签单工作;
(2)负责区域内新、老客户的销售拓展,牵头完成商务谈判、招投标等相关工作,达成公司的销售业绩目标;
(3)支持马来西亚市场推广及公关活动开展,维护公司及产品形象。
Qualifications & Skills
Requirements
(1) Computer, electrical, HVAC, marketing and other majors are preferred;
(2) More than 3 years of sales experience, network management software, data center solutions sales experience is preferred, data storage, servers, switches sales experience is also available;
(3) Proficient in English for business and operational communication;
(4) Good ability to integrate resources, organization and coordination, and have a keen insight into market information;
(5) Sharp thinking, excellent business negotiation skills and plan execution ability, the courage to work under pressure, can accept medium and long-term overseas business trips;
(6) have the ability to develop customer resources in the telecommunications industry, there are more stable customers and project resources is preferred, resources can be converted into a separate salary plus accounting, there are mature channels and customers overseas is preferred.
任职要求
(1)计算机、电气、暖通、市场营销等专业优先;
(2)3年以上销售经验,有网络管理软件、数据中心解决方案销售经验优先,数据存储、服务器、交换机销售经验亦可;
(3)英语水平熟练,可进行商务和业务交流;
(4)具备良好的整合资源、组织协调能力,对市场信息有敏锐洞察力;
(5)思维敏锐,具备出色的商务谈判能力和计划执行能力,勇于承受工作压力,可接受中长期海外出差;
(6)具备电信行业客户资源开拓能力,有较稳定的客户和项目资源者优先,资源可视情况单独转化为薪资加成核算,有海外成熟渠道和客户优先。
