1.Responsibilities
(1) Responsible for the pre-sales support of the company's overseas data center projects, including customer communication, technical exchanges, demand guidance, and program demonstration and explanation;
(2) Participate in project site investigation, demand design, product selection, program preparation and other related work;
(3) Prepare technical communication materials, introduction of the company's capabilities, design program introduction, etc.;
(4) Follow up and promote the project business opportunities, technical specifications preparation, tender production, and organization of project bidding.
职责描述:
1.岗位职责
（1）负责公司海外数据中心项目的售前支持工作，包括客户沟通、技术交流、需求引导、方案漢示与讲解；
（2） 参与项目现场勘查、需求设计、产品选型、方案编制等相关工作；
（3）编写技术交流资料，公司能力介绍、设计方案介绍等；
（4）跟进并推动项目商机挖掘，技术规范编写，标书制作，并组织项目投标。
Qualifications & Skills
Requirements
(1) More than three years of experience as a pre-sales or delivery project manager for data center, E&M engineering, information technology integration;
(2) A good foundation in English, can communicate with overseas customers work, overseas work experience, can accept the Asian countries countries travel preferred;
(3) Familiar with HVAC, power distribution, intellectualization and other equipment room related specialties, familiar with the technical characteristics of mainstream equipment and price system of each specialty;
(4) Good document writing and organizing skills, teamwork spirit; familiar with the project bidding process, able to independently undertake project bidding work;
(5) First-class registered construction engineer in electromechanical specialty is preferred.
任职要求
（1）三年以上数据中心、机电工程、信息化集成售前或交付项目经理经验；
（2） 有较好的英语基础，可以与海外客户沟通工作，有海外工作经验，能接受亚洲国家国家出差优先；
（3） 熟悉暖通、配电、智能化等机房相关专业，熟悉各专业主流设备技术特点和价格体系；
（4）良好的文档撰写和整理能力、团队协作精神；熟悉项目招投标流程，能独立承担项目招投标工作；
（5）有机电专业一级注册建造师者优先考虑
