1. 战略规划与执行
1. Strategic Planning and Execution
• 制定和执行物流营运战略,与公司整体战略保持一致,以支持业务增长和市场拓展。
• Formulate and implement the logistics operation strategy, which is in line with the company's overall strategy to support business growth and market expansion.
• 定期评估和调整物流营运策略,以适应市场变化和公司发展需求。
• Regularly evaluate and adjust the logistics operation strategy to adapt to market changes and the company's development needs.
2. 团队管理与发展
2. Team Management and Development
• 组建、管理和领导物流营运团队,制定团队目标和工作计划,监督工作进展和绩效评估。
• Form, manage and lead the logistics operation team, set team goals and work plans, monitor work progress and conduct performance evaluations.
• 组织培训和发展计划,提高团队成员的专业技能和综合素质,培养团队合作精神。
• Organize training and development programs to improve the professional skills and comprehensive qualities of team members and cultivate teamwork spirit.

• 设计和优化物流网络,包括仓库布局、运输路线规划等,以降低成本、提高效率和服务质量。

Qualifications & Skills
Job Requirements
1. 本科及以上学历,物流管理、供应链管理等相关专业优先。
1. Bachelor's degree or above, logistics management, supply chain management and other related majors are preferred.
2. 具有8年以上物流行业营运管理经验,熟悉物流业务流程和行业动态。
2. Have 8 years or more of logistics industry operation management experience, be familiar with logistics business processes and industry dynamics.
3. 具备出色的团队领导能力、沟通协调能力和决策能力。
