Job Description
工作职责：
1. 负责设计、规划和实施数据中心机房的机械和电气系统。
2. 监督机房设备的安装、调试和测试，确保设备按照规格和标准进行部署。
3. 参与新项目的规划和实施，协调各个阶段的工程活动，如：协调与其他专业（土建、市政、装修等专业）的施工配合，解决施工中的技术问题。
4. 项目交付过程中进行监督、管理，确保符合项目交付过程中的安全、进度、质量、法规等标准，维护合规性。
5. 负责交付过程中与专业相关的方案编写或审核。
6. 可根据图纸或现场要求，编制材料清单。
Job Responsibilities:
1. responsible for designing, planning and implementing mechanical and electrical systems for data center server rooms.
2. Oversee the installation, commissioning and testing of equipment in the server room to ensure that the equipment is deployed according to specifications and standards.
3. Participate in the planning and implementation of new projects, coordinating engineering activities in all phases, e.g., coordinating construction coordination with other disciplines (civil, municipal, renovation, etc.), and resolving technical issues during construction.
4. Supervise and manage the project delivery process to ensure compliance with safety, schedule, quality, regulatory and other standards in the project delivery process and maintain compliance.
5. Responsible for the preparation or review of the program related to the specialty during the delivery process.

Qualifications & Skills
Appointment qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
2. At least 3 years of experience as a data center MEP engineer or related field.
3. Familiar with the design and installation of data center mechanical and electrical systems.
4. solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering, able to analyze and solve problems independently.
5. good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
6. Project management experience is preferred. 7.
7. Relevant certifications (e.g. Class I Architect/PMP, etc.) are preferred.
8. have English speaking, reading and writing skills.
