Job Description

Work closely with clients to understand recruitment needs, job responsibilities, industry background, and ideal candidate profiles.
Proactively source, identify, and screen suitable candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, and other recruitment channels.
Lead communication with candidates: conduct interviews, assess suitability, and prepare detailed recommendation reports.
Support project managers in scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and assisting in offer negotiation.
Manage recruitment data, candidate tracking, and ensure smooth project progress and delivery.
Outstanding performers will have the opportunity to gradually take ownership of client communication and project management, progressing toward a lead consultant role.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (able to communicate independently with candidates is a plus).

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with strong communication, logical thinking, and learning abilities.

  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with clear targets.

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of task management and self-motivation.

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, consulting, or human resources is preferred.
