Summary

Compensation:

Job Description

Preparation Phase:

Conduct thorough market research and collect buyer information in your responsible region
Develop clear sales plans and propose a complete list of potential clients
Ensure all client visits are targeted, strategic, and efficient
Execution Phase:

Professionally represent the company and present its product portfolio and samples to clients
Communicate effectively to identify client needs, procurement requirements, and internal decision-making processes
Drive business progress and maintain professionalism throughout all interactions
Follow-up Phase:

Follow up promptly on client requests (e.g., sending documents, clarifying product details)
Consolidate client relationships and summarize key insights for internal reporting
Provide timely feedback on market trends and potential business opportunities
Remote-based position

Frequent client visits and business trips according to the sales plan

Qualifications & Skills

Have 1+ year of experience in B2B sales or business development
Possess a deep understanding of local market development and strong market sensitivity
Are skilled in business negotiation and capable of independently managing client visits and relationship maintenance

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the building materials or construction industry
Established network or business channels in specific regions (Central Asia, Africa, or Southeast Asia)
Proven track record in new market development (from 0 to 1)
Mandarin communication skills are a plus
