Job Description

Develop, manage, and expand regional distributors and agents, taking full responsibility for sales growth and overall revenue targets.
Build and manage offline sales channels for consumer electronics products, including but not limited to major electronics retail chains, well-known digital product stores, premium department stores, and brand experience stores.
Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard qualified distributors; provide brand support, profit-sharing models, and marketing resources to establish long-term partnerships.
Maintain relationships with key accounts, communicate brand and product value effectively, and enhance brand awareness, customer trust, and partnership depth.
Collect and analyze competitor intelligence and market trends; provide consumer insights to support product improvement and marketing optimization.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel buyers, store managers, and retail decision-makers; plan and execute in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
Track and summarize project progress; prepare and submit regular sales reports, market analysis, and business updates to management.
Identify issues during strategy execution and proactively propose optimization and adjustment plans.

Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in offline channel sales or channel management within the consumer electronics industry (smart devices, digital products, small home appliances, etc.).

  2. Experience in launching or scaling new brands from zero to one is highly preferred.

  3. Strong understanding of consumer electronics channel operations; proven experience in developing or managing key retail chains. Existing local channel resources are a plus.

  4. Familiar with consumer electronics market dynamics in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, with strong channel development and market expansion capabilities.

  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

  6. Data-driven mindset; proficient in using Excel and CRM tools for sales data analysis.

  7. Strong interest in the consumer electronics industry, with good learning ability, innovative thinking, and willingness to take on new challenges.

  8. Strong team spirit and collaboration skills.
