Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain distributor and dealer networks in Indonesia, taking full responsibility for sales growth and overall performance targets.
Build and expand sales channels for pet products, including national distributors, regional dealers, wholesalers, pet store chains, and supermarket retailers.
Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and sign agreements with high-quality channel partners, providing brand support, profit-sharing policies, and marketing resources to achieve long-term cooperation.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, promote brand values and product knowledge, enhance brand visibility and reputation, and strengthen customer engagement and cooperation.
Monitor channel sales performance, analyze market data, and continuously optimize channel strategies.
Conduct regular store visits to collect market intelligence, track competitor activities, identify market trends, and provide insights to support business decision-making.
Prepare regular sales performance updates, market analysis reports, and project progress summaries for management.
Identify challenges during execution and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in channel development within FMCG or related industries; experience in the pet product sector is preferred.
Proven experience in launching and developing new brands from zero is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the Indonesian market; existing distributor or retail channel resources preferred.
Familiar with pet product market dynamics in Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities, with strong skills in channel expansion and market development.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities with a proven track record of building and maintaining business partnerships.
Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in Excel and CRM tools for sales data analysis.
Passion for the pet industry, proactive learner with innovative thinking and willingness to embrace new challenges.
Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
