Job Description

Position Core Responsibilities:
1, the development and implementation of production plans:
 According to the company's strategic development goals, formulate annual production planning, implement the target decomposition and implementation of the work, to ensure the completion of production tasks on time and quality.
 Responsible for team management and accomplishing performance goals. Prepare production plan, production scheduling, management and control.
2、Production process management and quality control:
 Responsible for production site management, supervise the production process to ensure the production schedule and product quality. Confirm the standard of each process in the production process, and find and solve problems in time.
 Supervise the daily morning meeting of each factory team, weekly meeting of administrators and pre-production meeting of each model in time.
3、Materials and equipment management:
 Follow up the progress of fabrics, accessories back to the factory, and combined with the progress of fabrics, accessories back to the factory according to the plan to the workshop team in each factory for scheduling. Supervise the cutting machine department to open the cutting on time according to the requirements to ensure that the production plan of the workshop is not out of line.
 is responsible for the technical guidance of the company's production equipment, supervise the implementation of equipment overhaul, maintenance and appraisal program to ensure that all production equipment operates normally.
4、Personnel management and performance tracking:
 is responsible for the optimal allocation of human resources and production equipment in this department, reasonable deployment of manpower according to production needs, adjusting the production layout to improve production efficiency.
5、Other management duties:
 is responsible for the preparation of relevant documents in this department, establish and improve all on-site management system, standardize the operation process, and realize the standardized management of the production workshop.

Qualifications & Skills

  1.  more than 8 years of management experience in the apparel manufacturing industry; familiar with production data analysis and improvement methods, with lean production concepts and practices are preferred, with successful implementation of production improvement projects.
  2. with data analysis and problem solving skills, project management skills. Strong learning ability.
