Duty 1: Performance target achievement
1.Participate in the development of the overall marketing strategy of the overseas business department, provide constructive advice, and develop marketing programs;
2.Developing business in overseas markets, guiding and supervising the implementation progress of sales work in each market in the region;
Duty 2: Overall expense and profit management
1.Tracking and analyzing all expenses, protecting profits and ensuring the rationality of expenses.
Duty three: customer service and management
1.Planning the customer layout within the overseas sales region and supervising the implementation of business execution in the region;
2.Achieve customer market targets and market order management;
3.Handle feedback from channel customers in the region and establish communication mechanism for channel customer management;
4.Follow up the payment of dealers to ensure timely and efficient resolution in accordance with the company's financial policies;
Duty four: market monitoring and analysis
1.Pay attention to the development and changes of overseas market, the development of competing brands, consumer changes, collect relevant information and timely feedback to the senior leadership;
2.Maintaining the stability of product market price in the overseas sales region, cooperating with the relevant departments of the company, educating, guiding, penalizing or replacing non-compliant customers;
Duty five: safety operation and risk prevention and control
1. Coordinate the safe operation of all aspects of overseas marketing and export customs clearance;
2.Coordinate the handling of overseas front-line market complaints about product quality, customer service, price stability, personnel management, etc., to avoid and reduce all kinds of risks.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications
1.More than 3 years of sales experience in FMCG industry or export business;
2.Bachelor degree or above, Indonesian and Chinese can be used as working languages;
3.Familiar with overseas market layout, strong sales sense, result-oriented;
