Job Responsibilities
1, Performance Achievement: According to the market established performance targets, develop and adjust the store operating targets;
2, Loss Management: According to the loss control targets, develop and adjust the store goods loss rate targets;
3, New Store Coordination: According to the new store opening plan, reasonable arrangements and follow up the work of building the store;
4, Store Standards Management: Ensure that the store's implementation of the various management standards to the ground;
5, Personnel Management Coordinate store personnel management and talent training matters;
6, manpower cost control: according to the manpower cost control target, develop the corresponding adjustment and optimization programs
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications
1, at least 5 years of retail, beauty industry, operations and market development and other related experience
2, love of retail, color cosmetics industry, results-oriented, strong execution, strong sense of purpose, the mission must be achieved;
3, strong store operations diagnostic capabilities, problem analysis and solving skills, communication skills;
4, strong team management skills, leadership skills;
5, a strong sensitivity to market changes 6, independent data analysis skills, strong learning ability and adaptability;
7, able to accept the Indonesian expatriate work, expatriate period with additional expatriate subsidies
