Job Description

Core Responsibilities of the Position

End-to-End Planning and Control

Based on customer orders and capacity data, develop the "Annual Rolling Capacity Plan" to ensure timely order delivery.
Design an "Order-Capacity-Material" interactive model to monitor bottlenecks in real-time, trigger alerts, and initiate capacity adjustments.
Lean Material Control

Establish a dynamic safety stock model, considering shipping cycles and fabric MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), effectively reducing fabric inventory turnover days.
Lead the VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) project to significantly improve the availability rate of key materials.
Cross-Departmental Coordination and Problem Solving

Collaborate with related departments to resolve urgent issues and provide "Emergency Procurement Plans" promptly.
Organize production, supply, and sales meetings, holding accountable departments with delays.
Digital Transformation and Upgrades

Promote the construction of information systems to simulate capacity and implement intelligent scheduling, improving production efficiency.
Build BI dashboards to display real-time achievement rates for each step in the process.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Data-Driven Decision Making:

    • Proficient in supply chain mathematical modeling and capable of handling large-scale data using Excel/Python.
    • Skilled in using tools such as SAP/Kingdee ERP, and FlexSim.
  2. Customer Insights:

    • Deep understanding of fast-fashion brand order fluctuations and the ability to design flexible capacity plans.
    • Capable of providing professional material preparation recommendations to business departments.
  3. Cross-Cultural Drive:

    • Ability to adapt to Indonesian local culture and design localized production scheduling strategies.
    • Capable of coordinating work between the Chinese headquarters and the Indonesian factory.
  4. Personal Traits:

    • Risk Sensitivity: Able to predict order fluctuations from data anomalies and initiate material preparation ahead of time.
    • Results-Oriented: Willing to stay on-site for extended periods to coordinate resources and meet delivery targets.
