2、渠道管理:管理并拓展销售和服务代理渠道/网络
Maintain and expand channels/networks of sales and service agents.
3、团队建设与领导:招聘、培训和管理销售及技术支持团队。
Recruit, train, and manage the sales and technical support team.
4、品牌推广:负责品牌宣传和市场活动以提升市场份额。
Drive brand promotion and marketing campaigns in Russia to increase marketshare.
5、客户关系管理:与关键客户建立并维持合作关系
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients.
6、监控与分析:分析市场趋势和竞争对手动态,定期汇报业务表现。
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regularperformance reports.
Qualifications & Skills
教育背景:本科及以上学历,工科、市场营销、管理或相关专业优先。
事砘辁逅瘿蹕总Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, marketing, management or relatedfields preferred.
工作经验:至少5年市场营销、渠道管理或业务拓展经验,具有电梯行业背景优先。
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, channel management, or businessdevelopment, preferably in the elevator industry.
技能:优秀的领导能力、沟通技巧、谈判能力及战略性思维,
Proficiency in leadership, communication, negotiation skills and strategicthinking.
熟悉 CRM 系统及销售分析工具南
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
语言能力:流利的英文能力是加分项。
Fluency in English is a plus.
