Job Description
Job responsibilities
1. Assist in the operation of multiple factories in overseas regions, coordinate production and operation management and risk control, and promote the implementation of the business strategy and business goals of the manufacturing center;
2. Lead the optimization of production management related systems, standards, processes, quality and safety systems, etc., improve production capacity, ensure lean production in the factory, and effectively control costs to ensure safe, orderly, high-quality and efficient operation of production;
3. Overall responsible for the planning and construction of factories in the region, and organize the implementation according to the confirmed factory business model;
4. Responsible for personnel and team management, including improving the organizational structure, operation system and system of each department, promoting talent training, team building, collaborative cooperation, performance appraisal and other team work;
5. Coordinate the collaborative work between factories and headquarters in the region.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications for appointment
- Foreigners, Taiwanese and South East Asia are preferred; can accept global assignments;
- Bachelor's degree or above, aged 33-39;
- More than 8 years of manufacturing-related management experience, familiar with the main operation and process of production and manufacturing, skilled in production control, on-site management, cost control, quality management, safety management, etc.
- Have the ability to solve complex problems and change thinking, and good business and team management skills;
- Chinese and English can be used as working languages;
