Job Description

Develop and manage the distributor/reseller network to ensure coverage and

sales growth of the company's products in the German market.

· Identify and evaluate potential distributor partners, establish strategic

relationships, and increase market share.

· Maintain existing channel relationships to ensure stability and efficiency in the

product supply chain.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales and marketing to drive

channel marketing activities.

· Analyze market demand and competitive landscape, providing data-driven

recommendations for channel strategy adjustments.

· Provide channel support and training to ensure partners understand the products

and are equipped to sell them.

· Regularly report on sales performance and channel development, offering

suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

At least 3 years of experience in channel management, with experience in

working with distributors or resellers, preferably in the consumer electronics or

related industries.

  • In-depth knowledge of the German market and channel operations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and

maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels.

  • Ability to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal

communication skills in both languages.

  • A team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced

environment.
