Job Description:
1. Inbound process management
Responsible for the whole process supervision and coordination of the inbound process, including goods acceptance, inspection, registration, categorization and storage, to ensure that the goods are inbound in a timely manner according to the standard operation.
2. Goods acceptance and quality inspection
Check the quantity, specification and quality of the arrived goods, check the transportation documents, report any problems and coordinate with the company to ensure that the goods are in line with the company's requirements.
3. Data entry and system maintenance
Responsible for timely and accurate data entry into the system to ensure that the system information is consistent with the actual inventory, and regularly update and maintain the inventory ledger.
4. Storage and placement optimization
Arrange the storage location according to the characteristics of the goods to ensure that the incoming goods are neatly arranged, clearly classified, optimize the utilization of warehouse space, and facilitate subsequent retrieval.
5. Abnormal handling and problem feedback
Follow up and deal with abnormal problems (e.g. shortage, damage, delayed arrival) in the process of warehousing, and communicate and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that the problems are solved in a timely manner.
6. Reporting and communication
Regularly submit inbound reports to the warehouse supervisor, including inbound volume, abnormal problems and solutions; maintain good communication with purchasing, logistics and other departments to ensure efficient inbound work.
