Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Record and maintain warehouse data, counting the quantity and location of goods;
Verification and processing of orders, shipping and receiving notes and ensuring their accuracy;
Full data entry of goods entering and leaving the warehouse on a daily basis, registering inbound and outbound freight bill (CMR) data;
Completes preparation of freight bills prior to shipment and performs document scanning and related documentation;
Work with upstream and downstream positions while ensuring smooth communication between different departments;
Scanning inbound and outbound warehouse shipment labels and documenting them in the appropriate forms and registering them in the system;
Completing daily operational data entry, including barcodes, stock units, lot numbers, and other data information;
Coordinate, supervise, or execute the placement of vendor-supplied goods or products into the warehouse to ensure supply chain processes are functioning properly;
Optimization of warehouse transportation processes and rationalization of space allocation;
Responsible for the handling and movement of goods in the warehouse as well as rearranging.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications
Must have a valid work and residence permit in France;
Possess solid communication and management skills to be able to independently communicate with relevant departments and manage internal and external affairs of the warehouse;
Knowledge of WMS and other similar warehouse management systems or software, and good understanding and knowledge of all procedures and processes of warehouse operations, with a sense of optimization of warehouse and management procedures;
Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to work under pressure;
At least 1 year (inclusive) of relevant experience in the same industry or in the same position;
Familiar with the use and operation of office software such as Office;
Possess the ability to identify and solve problems;
Strong safety awareness and the ability to identify and resolve safety hazards and operational risks in warehouse operations;
Fluent in French, Mandarin and English.
