Job Description.
1.according to the import and export plan scheduling international and local warehousing and transportation programs, advance arrangements for chartering and booking and import and export information preparation;
2.Responsible for following up the routing information and arrival of import and export goods;
3.Responsible for import and export cargo transportation insurance and claims tracking;
4.Responsible for the registration and archiving of daily shipment information;
5.Responsible for the settlement of logistics expenses and application for payment;
6.Other duties as explained by the department head.

职责描述:
1.根据进出口计划排定国际和本地仓储运输方案，提前安排租船订舱及进出口资料的准备工作；
2.负责跟进进出口货物的路由信息及到货情况；
3.负责进出口货物运输保险的投保及理赔跟踪；
4.负责日常发货的信息登记及存档等工作；
5.负责物流费用的结算及用款申请；
6.部门领导交代的其他工作。
