Job Description.
1、Responsible for delivery project management around the LTC mainstream process, to create high quality, sufficient quantity, high efficiency, low-cost delivery of the core competitiveness of the delivery of the delivery of the cost of delivery rate, delivery of customer satisfaction and other objectives responsible;
2, pre-order early intervention, responsible for contract deliverability, to promote more, faster, higher value order generation and timely shipment: pre-sales delivery technical support, project deliverability confirmation (including product standards and delivery commitments, etc.), delivery plan development;
3, the contractual commitment to the product listing schedule management, to promote R & D, product technology and other related departments in accordance with the listing program; early warning of the contractual commitment to the product listing of major exceptions, based on the warning level of timely escalation processing;
4, delivery program management: based on sales orders and forecasts, product development progress to make plans for goods, pull through the integration of end-to-end resources, to ensure product supply and demand balance. We have the right to dominate the deployment of delivery resources, drive the delivery of related links, and prioritize the delivery of value customers and value products in a timely, accurate and sufficient amount;
End-to-end contract fulfillment management, responsible for timely and accurate delivery: responsible for contract order fulfillment, including production preparation, delivery, logistics, warehousing, etc.

职责描述:

1、围绕LTC主流程负责交付项目管理，打造优质、足量、高效、低成本的交付核心竞争力，对交付成本率、交付客户满意度等目标负责；

2、订单前期及早介入，对合同可交付性负责，促进更多、更快、更高价值订单生成并及时出货：售前交付技术支持、项目可交付性确认（包括产品标准及交期承诺等）、交付计划制定；

3、合同承诺产品的上市交期倒排管理，推动研发、产品技术等相关部门按照上市计划执行；提前预警合同承诺产品上市重大例外情况，依据预警等级及时升级处理；

4、交付计划管理：依据销售订单及预测、产品开发进度制定要货计划，拉通整合端到端资源，确保产品供需平衡。拥有交付资源主导调配权，驱动机关交付相关环节，优先保证价值客户、价值产品的及时、准确、足量交付；

端到端合同履行管理，对及时准确发货负责：负责合同订单履行，包括生产备货、发货、物流、仓储等。
