Job Description

Job Requirements:

Experience:
At least 1–2 years of sales experience in the UAE (Dubai preferred). Experience in mobile phones, electronics retail, or second-hand product sales is an advantage.
Language Skills:
Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
Skills & Competencies:
Genuine passion and solid knowledge of smartphones
Excellent persuasion, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, as well as collaborate effectively within a team

Qualifications & Skills

Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Performance:
    Actively search for and develop new customers (including individual buyers and potential B2B channels). Use both online and offline methods to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  2. Customer Consultation & Service:
    Provide professional and patient consultation to customers. Answer questions about phone models, specifications, performance, pricing, and warranty policies. Facilitate sales and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  3. Product Expertise:
    Develop a deep understanding of all second-hand mobile phone brands sold (Apple, Samsung, Huawei, etc.), including models, configurations, market valuation, strengths and weaknesses. Recommend the most suitable products to customers.
  4. Market Insights:
    Continuously monitor trends in the Dubai and UAE second-hand mobile phone market, including price fluctuations, competitor activities, and new model releases. Report insights to management in a timely manner.
  5. Negotiation & Closing:
    Use strong sales techniques to negotiate pricing with customers, manage the bargaining process, and successfully close deals.
  6. Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain a loyal customer base. Encourage repeat purchases and referrals through excellent after-sales follow-up and service.
  7. Data & Reporting:
    Accurately record sales data, customer information, and inventory status. Complete daily reporting using the company’s designated system.
