Solution Manager Taiwan
Job Description
1. Market Ownership: Manage the product lifecycle in the Thailand solar market, including planning, launch, marketing, sales support, and customer experience.
2. Technical Expertise: Act as the go-to expert for solar inverter technologies ( microinverters, string inverters, hybrid inverters, etc. ) , ensuring compliance with market trends and regulations.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and R&D to define product needs, prioritize features, and
deliver timely solutions.
4. Customer Solutions: Support sales by identifying customer requirements, delivering tailored solutions, and participating in RFPs and pilot projects.
5. Training & Enablement: Train distributors, installers, and sales teams on product specs, system applications, and competitive positioning.
6. Market Analysis: Track competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback to guide product strategies and go-to-market plans.
7. Travel: Occasional international travel to meet clients, support deployments, and attend industry events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’ sor Master’ s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- At least 5 yearsof experience in technical sales, product management, or system integration in the solar or energy storage industry.
- Strongknowledge of solar inverter systems and PV integration, with a focus on electrical and mechanical design.
- Analyticaland communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and develop technical proposals.
- NativeThai speaker with fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
