Qualifications & Skills
【Responsibilities】 As a sales project leader, responsible for overseas market development, overseas customer relationship building and management, leading business negotiations and closing PS: Key Account direction and channel direction have positions open ~ after the entry will be comprehensive personal strengths and weaknesses of the arrangement of the appropriate position.
Key account direction:
1、Responsible for the relationship maintenance and secondary expansion of the original major customers (overseas carriers \ Microsoft \ ZOOM \ 500 companies), while multi-channel development of new customers (mainly global carriers and ITSP), to establish and form a solid and good customer relationships;
2、Multi-channel collection and analysis of major customer project opportunities and establish information files, organization and coordination of resources to cooperate, contribute to the application of the company's products in customer projects, to complete the sales target.
Channel direction:
1, responsible for the maintenance and integration of existing channel resources and secondary expansion, while multi-channel development of new markets and new customers (mainly secondary channels), the establishment of cooperative relationships and maintenance of customer relations;
2, improve the channel sinking system: planning the overall channel strategy and operation mode, provide channel service support, effectively dismantle the sales target, complete the sales plan.

大客户方向:
- 负责原有大客户(海外运营商\微软\ZOOM\500强企业)的关系维护和二次拓展,同时多渠道开发新客户(以全球运营商和 ITSP 为主),建立并形成稳固良好的客户关系;
- 多渠道收集并分析大客户项目机会并建立信息档案,组织和协调资源进行配合,促成公司产品在客户项目中应用,完成销售目标。
渠道方向:
- 负责维护整合现有渠道资源并进行二次拓展,同时多渠道开发新市场和新客户(以二级渠道为主),建立合作关系并维护客情;
- 完善渠道下沉体系:规划整体渠道策略及运作模式,提供渠道服务支持,有效拆解销售目标,完成销售计划。
