Job Description:
1.Responsible for technical problem solving of feedback from overseas agents/channel customers to ensure effective problem closure and customer satisfaction;
2.Responsible for the maintenance of customer relationship and technical empowerment of the technical team of agents and important channel customers in the region to improve the technical support capability and service satisfaction of the channel;
3.Responsible for pre-sales and after-sales support for small and medium-sized customers/projects in the region to support business development;
4.Responsible for the relationship maintenance and product compatibility of important partners in the region and related efficiency enhancement matters;
工作内容:
1. 负责海外代理/渠道客户反馈的技术问题解决,保证问题有效闭环及客户满意度;
2. 负责区域内代理及重要渠道客户技术团队客户关系维护和技术赋能,提升渠道技术支持能力和服务满意度;
3. 负责区域内中小客户/项目的售前售后支持,支撑业务开拓;
4. 负责区域内重要合作伙伴的关系维护和产品兼容 以相关效率提升事宜;
Qualifications & Skills
Tenure Duties:
1. network, electronics, communication or computer and other related majors, bachelor degree or above;
2.English grade 4 or above, good reading and writing skills, basic listening and speaking skills;
3.Channel customer support experience, project customer technical support experience is preferred;
Strong resistance to pressure, good communication and coordination and good teamwork spirit.

- 英语四级以上,良好的读写能力,基本的听说能力;
- 有渠道客户支持经验、项目客户技术支持经验者优先;
抗压能力较强,良好的沟通协调和良好的团队合作精神。
