Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop detailed sales plans based on sales targets and accomplish sales tasks.
2. Collect market information, analyze product demand and competitor status in the assigned regions or countries, and formulate sales strategies.
3. Expand the sales network based on the market characteristics of the assigned regions or countries, establish long-term stable partnerships with distributors, and implement incentive measures for distributors.
4.Identify project opportunities based on the target market conditions in the assigned regions or countries, and develop project implementation plans.
5. Collaborate with relevant departments to organize roadshows, product promotion events, exhibitions, and distributor meetings as per business needs.
6.Follow up on accounts receivable according to sales contracts, improve payment collection rates, and reduce bad debt rates.

1. 根据销售目标,制定详尽的销售计划并完成销售任务;

2. 收集市场信息,分析所负责区域或国家的产品需求及竞争对手状况,制定销售策略;

3. 根据所负责区域或国家的市场特点,扩大销售网络,与经销商建立长期稳定的合作关系,并对经销商实施激励措施;

4. 根据所负责区域或国家的目标市场状况,发掘项目机会,制定项目实施计划;

5. 根据业务需要,与相关部门合作举办路演、产品推广会和展销会、经销商会议等活动;

6. 根据销售合同催收账款,提高回款率,降低呆账率。

Qualifications & Skills

Job Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of work experience, with 2-3 years of experience in overseas project expansion; familiar with the bidding process and has successful experience in managing and implementing government projects.
  2. Strong market insight and client acquisition abilities; ideally with resources in security and communications sectors, including agent relationships and clients.
  3. Strong sales responsibility and drive; accustomed to working under sales KPI pressure and willing to take on sales targets.
  4. Ability to empathize and think from the client’s perspective, delivering solutions or achieving negotiation goals through empathy.
  5. Ability to work independently and proactively close the loop; strong analytical skills to guide project needs, able to quickly identify key points, and actively coordinate resources to ensure project completion.
  6. Strong understanding and presentation skills for solutions; ability to think creatively and tell a compelling story that aligns with customer needs.
  7. Ability to engage and interact with senior government and enterprise clients; familiar with senior-level client reception and engagement processes.
  8. Willing to adapt to frequent mid- to long-term overseas travel or relocation, with a willingness to travel for a cumulative 8 months or more annually, mainly in Central and West African countries.
  9. French proficiency as a working language.

2、具备敏锐的市场洞察力和客户挖掘能力,最好有安防、通信类代理和客户资源;

3、有强烈销售责任心和驱动力,习惯在销售KPI压力下工作,敢于承担销售任务;

4、具备换位思考和共情能力,能站在客户的角度输出解决方案,或通过共情达成谈判目标

5、具备独立工作和主动闭环能力,能独立分析、处理和引导项目需求,逻辑性强,能快速抓住重点,并主动拉通资源支持和完成闭环;

6、具备解决方案理解和宣讲能力,有独到的思路及结合客户需求的讲故事能力;

7、具备与政企客户高层对话能力和接待能力,熟悉高层客户接待方式和流程;

8、能适应频繁的中长期海外独立出差或者常驻,可以接受出差频率累计在全年的8个月及以上,以开拓中西非国家为主;

9、法语可以作为工作语言。
