Job Description
• Incoming quality control: supervise supplier qualification, conduct raw material inspection, water quality monitoring and caffeine acceptance.
• Process quality control: carry out production process quality inspection, follow up quality testing, and inspect the workshop site.
• Product inspection: complete finished product inspection, perform microbial verification and sample retention management.
• Laboratory management: develop outsourcing inspection plans, manage testing instruments, and ensure that reagents are prepared in accordance with requirements.
• Quality abnormal handling: supervise the handling of nonconforming products, participate in the handling of quality accidents, and manage quality complaints.
• Quality system promotion: promote the operation of quality system, publicize laws and regulations, and organize internal audit.
• Training and development: Develop quality training plans and promote professional training of inspection personnel.
• Quality customer complaint tracking: follow up quality complaint handling, prepare investigation reports and implement preventive measures.
• Management: revised system documents, formulated work plans, managed the team and promoted cultural construction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: College degree or above, pharmacy, materials science, food engineering, quality engineering is preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years quality management experience, from 0 to 1 factory building experience is preferred.
- Language skills: Proficient in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- Regulatory knowledge: Familiar with local regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Skill requirements: familiar with quality management system (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 22000), analytical and problem solving ability.
