Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the company's comprehensive HR work, including but not limited to salary management, recruitment, employee relations, labor law compliance, etc.
2. Lead and optimize the company's HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with US labor laws and the company's overall strategy.
3. Manage and lead the HR team, provide guidance and support, and ensure the efficient operation of HR functions.
4. Handle employee relations and labor disputes, safeguard the company's legitimate rights and interests, and maintain harmonious employee relations.
5. Ensure that the company's recruitment process is effective, improve recruitment efficiency and introduce outstanding talents.
6. Formulate and supervise salary and benefits policies to ensure the fairness and competitiveness of the salary system.
7. Carry out human resource planning and deployment according to the company's business needs to support the realization of the company's development goals.

Qualifications & Skills

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, HR-related majors are preferred.
2. At least 5 years of comprehensive HR work experience and at least 3 years of HR manager-level experience.
3. In-depth understanding of US labor laws, labor contracts, employee benefits, salary management and labor relations.
4. Have strong leadership, have managed HR teams, and have certain experience in team building and personnel training.
5. Those with experience in the consumer electronics industry are preferred, and understand the characteristics of human resource management in the industry.
6. Fluent in English, with good communication and negotiation skills.
7. Strong sense of responsibility, able to make decisions and solve problems under high pressure.
