Qualifications & Skills
Job Requirements:

3.In-depth understanding of U.S. labor laws, labor contracts, employee benefits, compensation management and labor relations.
4.Strong leadership skills, having managed HR teams, with some experience in team building and personnel development.
5.Experience in consumer electronics industry is preferred, understanding of HR management characteristics of the industry.
