Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Reasonably arrange the work of the distribution team and forklift team according to the amount of work, and efficiently and accurately complete the distribution tasks
2. Responsible for the quality control and management of the distribution site
3. Responsible for overseeing the process of distribution, and provide timely feedback to the department when anomalies are detected
4. Regularly propose to the supervisor to improve the quality of the work of the distribution team and the efficiency of the work to improve the measures
5. Conduct the training and management of the members of the team.
Qualifications & Skills
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English and Chinese, more than 5 years of experience in the industry, 3 years and more than 100 people distribution team management experience
2. Skilled in warehouse management methods, operating norms and operational procedures
3. Familiar with warehouse management system, familiar with office software operation
4. With forklift license, skilled in driving high fork is preferred
5. Hard-working and stand hard work, strong executive force and pressure resistance, with good communication, learning Coordination ability.
6, with U.S. citizenship, green card and other legal working status
